- Query CRM for converted leads
- Extract: Email, Phone, Date, Value, Currency
- Format date as MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS
- Inject into Google Spreadsheet
- Optional: Mark records as "exported" in CRM
- Inclusion of non-converted leads with pipeline stage tracking
- SHA256 hash encoding for sensitive fields (if needed)
- Logging / Error alerts to prevent data loss or duplication
- Custom column structure matching Google Ads requirements
- Permissions and access setup for your team
- End-to-end test with test leads
- Client walkthrough
