1. Bitrix24 Enterprise Setup & Configuration

• Deployment and configuration of Bitrix24 Enterprise (On-Premise/Cloud).
• SSO (Single Sign-On) & SSL integration setup planned (Pending final IT validation).

Status: 70% completed (Pending final security setup).

2. CRM & Sales Pipeline Implementation

• Leads, Deals, Companies, and Contacts modules fully configured.
• Sales pipeline with automated tracking & proactive scheduling implemented.
• Interconnected pipelines for Sales, Production, After-Sales, and Planning set up.

Status: Fully operational.

3. Task & Project Management System

• Task module created with List, Deadline, Planner, Calendar, and Gantt views.
• Task efficiency tracking & automation enabled (tracking overdue tasks, setting priorities).
• Resource Planning integrated to replace 03-Planning Resources SY.
• Scrum boards implemented for the Software Engineering team.

Status: Completed and in use.

4. Smart Process Automation (SPA) for Material Tracking

• SPA developed to replace "Tabulka Prikazu" for real-time material tracking.
• Added tracking statuses: Unreleased, Released, Complete, Closed, Canceled.

Status: Live within the Deals module.

5. Calculator Module Implementation

• Integrated French-language calculator with built-in macros.
• Supports EUR (€) & CHF (Swiss Franc) with manual FX rate changes.
• Ensures previous quotes remain unaffected by FX updates.

Status: Updated version to be finalized (expected +2 weeks).

6. Visualization of PRF-PV Project Vost Calcul

• Live display of project calculations integrated into Bitrix24.

Status: Operational.

7. Visualization of "Services" Inside the Calculator

• Custom module inside the calculator allowing for service tracking.
• Now visible in the portal for real-time cost breakdowns.

Status: Implemented.

8. E-Signature Module Implementation

• HR E-Signature for internal use activated (works without internet).
• External E-Signature setup for contracts & supplier agreements (requires internet).

Status: Functional and in use.

9. Company News Channel & Group Chat

• Company-wide communication channels set up.
• Enables internal announcements & team discussions.

Status: Active.

10. Email Integration (Pending Internet Connection Decision)

• Office 365 mailbox connection implemented.
• Requires internet access for full functionality.

Status: Configured but waiting for final access decision.

11. Vacation & Public Holiday Tracking by Country

• Planning module updated to reflect country-specific holidays.
• Vacation tracking enabled for HR & team managers.

Status: Implemented and in use.

12. Company Structure & Access Rights

• Company structure (Org Chart) built within Bitrix24.
• Access rights configured based on roles & responsibilities.

Status: Active and applied to all users.

13. Document Migration & Digitalization

• Initial file migration and mapping completed for:
  • Sales Rolling Forecast → Replaced by CRM Forecasting Reports.
  • TPS Offer Review → Integrated as a shared file with version control.
  • Secheron Offer Template → Automated document generation from CRM data.

Status: Partial completion (Pending additional document workflows).

14. Final Testing & Support

• Live support & testing phase started.
• Adjustments made based on user feedback.

Status: Ongoing.
